Measuring What Matters

Every number on this page represents a real child, a real family, a real moment where someone showed up and something changed. We believe in being honest about our impact, not just the wins, but the ongoing work still ahead of us. This page is our way of sharing that story with you, the people who make it possible.

Testimonials

"Before Heaven's Home, I didn't know how I was going to keep my children in school. Now my daughter is top of her class, and I've joined the table-banking group, which has helped me start a small business of my own."

Lydia Wanjiru

A guardian, Education Support Program

"I grew up at Heaven's Home from the time I was eight. It wasn't just a place I stayed, it was where I learned that I mattered."

A former resident, Residential Care Program

How We Measure Our Impact

We believe impact isn't just a number, it's a real, ongoing responsibility to the children and families we serve. Through our internal monitoring systems, we track progress against clear indicators across every program, school attendance, health outcomes, household stability, and more, so our impact isn't just a story we tell, but something we can measure, review, and improve on. We publish our figures honestly, including where we still have work to do.

Help Us Do More

Everything you've just read, the children supported, the programs running, the families strengthened, exists because people chose to act, not just to care. Impact isn't something that happens on its own. It happens because someone decided to give, to show up, to be part of the work.
